Refund rule

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. The price has two parts:

  • Course part, €120: full refund before you open the access link; no refund after the content has been opened (you agree to immediate delivery before payment).
  • Consultations part, €460: the share for consultations not yet held is refunded, €230 per unheld consultation (€460 × unheld ÷ 2).
